APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Late Arrival 

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to reschedule. 

Cancellations

For cancellations, 48 hours advance notice is required. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Classes

​

All deposits made for training classes are non-refundable. You will lose your deposit if you are a no show. If you need to reschedule your class training date, you need to notify us 7 business days in advance; otherwise you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your training date, you will lose your deposit.
